Ok, It's been a while since I worked with an ensemble - but it's high time. I have been working with a bass-player for a couple months and it starts to sound great. Need to find instrumentalists with jazz chops and a sense of Rockabilly and Swing. Reach out to me directly if you are interested in giving some of these tunes a go!
This video was shot at my brother's land in Central Kansas. The "Cabin" as we have called it all these years is where my family goes to unwind at the end of every year since about 1999. I wrote a lot of the guitar parts of my songs out there, just playing in the woods 8 - 10 hours a day. The recording is a part of my new project which I hope to have out this year. I got Craig Lagerman and Michael Turnbo to play in Kelly Werts' studio on a few tracks. My daughter Ilana Duby is the videographer on this one. Joe Casad wrote these lyrics.
